We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Counselor to join our team in Dubai. The School Counselor will be responsible for providing support and guidance to students in a manufacturing-focused school setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in counseling and psychology, as well as a passion for helping students navigate the challenges they may face both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to students on a wide range of issues, including academic performance, social relationships, mental health, and career development.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create intervention strategies and support plans for students in need.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students in need of counseling services.
- Develop and implement programs to promote mental health and wellness within the school community.
- Provide crisis intervention and support for students in emergency situations.
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in counseling and education.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Licensed or certified as a School Counselor.
