We are seeking a dynamic and experienced School Counselor to join our team in Dubai. The School Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling and guidance services to students to support their academic, personal, and social development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and counseling, as well as a passion for working with students in a diverse and multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling services to students to address academic, personal, and social issues
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success and well-being
- Develop and implement student support programs and initiatives to promote mental health and wellness
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs and develop appropriate intervention strategies
- Participate in meetings and consultations with teachers, parents, and outside agencies to coordinate services for students
- Provide crisis intervention and support to students in emergency situations
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with school policies and regulations
- Stay current on best practices in counseling and education through professional development and training opportunities

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in School Counseling or related field
- Licensed or certified School Counselor in Dubai or willingness to obtain licensure
- Minimum of [random number] years of experience in school counseling or related field
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of counseling theories, techniques, and best practices in education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational software programs
