The School Counselor will be responsible for providing academic, career, and personal/social counseling to students in an agricultural-based school setting in Dubai. The counselor will work closely with students, parents, teachers, and administrators to support the overall well-being and success of students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions with students to address academic, career, and personal/social issues
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to create and implement intervention plans for students experiencing academic challenges
- Assist students in setting and achieving academic and career goals
- Provide support to students dealing with personal and social issues, such as stress, anxiety, and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement programs and workshops on topics such as study skills, time management, and college/career readiness
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students in need of additional support
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records
- Stay current on trends and best practices in school counseling

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Counseling or related field
- Professional certification in school counseling
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in school counseling
- Knowledge of the agricultural industry is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and counseling software
