We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary Assistant to join our healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical facility.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Maintain contact lists and organize meetings and appointments
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Act as the point of contact between executives, employees, and external partners
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Perform data entry, update records, and prepare documents
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, conferences, and meetings
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Secretary Assistant or similar role
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
