We are looking for a proactive and organized Secretary Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the management team and help ensure the smooth operation of the retail office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and friendly manner
- Manage and organize office files and documents
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports as needed
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Secretary Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum [random number] years of experience in a similar role
