We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with a focus on implementing innovative solutions in the retail industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms to optimize retail operations, including inventory management, pricing strategies, and customer segmentation.
- Design and deploy AI-powered solutions for personalized marketing, recommendation systems, and chatbots to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze data from various sources, including sales transactions, customer interactions, and social media.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI technology and identify opportunities for applying them to improve business processes and drive growth.
- Lead and mentor junior AI engineers, providing guidance and support on complex projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
- [X] years of experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with a proven track record of successful projects in a retail or e-commerce setting.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java, as well as experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
