Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our dynamic team focused on revolutionizing the education sector through cutting-edge AI technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative AI solutions that enhance learning experiences, improve educational outcomes, and streamline administrative processes within educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- AI Development: Design and develop advanced machine learning models and algorithms tailored for educational applications, including personalized learning systems, intelligent tutoring systems, and predictive analytics for student performance.

- Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to develop innovative solutions that address current challenges in the education sector.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including educators, data scientists, and software engineers, to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with educational goals.

- Data Management: Analyze and preprocess large datasets from educational platforms to train models and evaluate their performance. Ensure data quality and compliance with relevant privacy regulations.

- System Integration: Integrate AI solutions into existing educational platforms and tools, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience for students and educators.

- Testing & Evaluation: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models, ensuring robustness, accuracy, and reliability. Utilize feedback from users to iterate and improve solutions.

- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI development processes, model architectures, and findings. Present insights and results to stakeholders, including educational leaders and decision-makers.

- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior AI engineers and interns, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in AI development, with a strong focus on machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying AI solutions in the education sector is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, data preprocessing techniques, and experience with databases and data management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience with cloud-based AI solutions and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
