We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Benefits Manager to join our dynamic retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits administration, with a focus on creating and managing comprehensive benefits packages for employees.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other perks
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to employee benefits
- Manage relationships with benefits vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Analyze benefits data and trends to make recommendations for program improvements
- Communicate benefits information to employees and provide guidance on available options
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in benefits administration
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure seamless integration of benefits programs with other HR functions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in a retail or similar industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations related to employee benefits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS software
