We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Benefits Manager to join our transportation and logistics company in Dubai. The Senior Benefits Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing employee benefit programs to attract, retain, and motivate our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive benefits strategies and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage the administration of all employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other perks.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing employee benefits.
- Analyze market trends and benchmark data to ensure our benefits packages remain competitive.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR, finance, and legal teams, to ensure seamless execution of benefit programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of benefit programs through data analysis and employee feedback.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on benefit-related inquiries and issues.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in benefits management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in benefits management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful benefits programs.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in HR or benefits management is a plus.
