We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Compensation Manager to join our Real Estate company in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our compensation and benefits programs to ensure they align with our business objectives and attract top talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives
- Conduct market analysis to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive within the industry
- Design and manage incentive programs to drive performance and motivate employees
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to budget and forecast for compensation expenses
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters
- Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking studies to inform decision-making

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- [X] years of experience in compensation and benefits management
- Strong understanding of compensation principles and practices
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
