Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Corporate Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Ras Al Khaimah. This pivotal role will focus on driving strategic initiatives, enhancing corporate partnerships, and fostering innovation within the Information Technology sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate development, strategic planning, and business analysis, coupled with a passion for technology and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement corporate development strategies in alignment with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures.

2. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Analyze market data to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.

3. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, clients, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on corporate initiatives and strategic goals.

4. Financial Analysis:
- Prepare detailed financial models and forecasts to assess the viability of potential corporate initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of corporate development activities and provide recommendations for improvement.

5. Project Management:
- Lead the execution of corporate development projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate effective project implementation and communication.

6. Leadership and Mentorship:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Contribute to the overall growth and development of the corporate development team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate development, strategic planning, or business development, preferably within the Information Technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing corporate development projects and partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
