We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Creative Director to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Senior Creative Director in the construction industry, you will be responsible for leading our creative team in developing innovative and engaging design solutions for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of creatives including graphic designers, architects, and interior designers
- Develop creative concepts and oversee the execution of design projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet their needs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs are cutting-edge and innovative
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to help them grow and develop their skills
- Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to ensure that our creative output aligns with the overall brand strategy and messaging
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in design, architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across different mediums
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
