We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Creative Director to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Senior Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading the creative vision and direction for our energy company. You will work closely with the marketing and communications teams to develop and execute creative campaigns and projects that effectively communicate our brand message and drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the creative vision for the company, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy and business goals
- Oversee all aspects of creative development, including concept ideation, design, copywriting, and production
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions that meet their needs
- Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow and excel in their roles
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices, and integrate new ideas and technologies into our creative work
- Present creative concepts and ideas to senior leadership and key stakeholders, and provide rationale for decisions
- Ensure all creative work is delivered on time, on budget, and meets quality standards

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in design, advertising, marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in the energy or related industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and campaigns across various channels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of creative professionals
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in design, advertising, and marketing
