We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Database Administrator to join our team in Dubai. As a Senior Database Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, maintenance, and security of our database systems to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement database solutions to meet the needs of the organization
- Monitor and optimize database performance to ensure efficient operation
- Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies to protect data
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner
- Ensure data security and integrity through proper access controls and encryption
- Collaborate with IT teams and developers to integrate database systems with other applications
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior database administrators
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- [X] years of experience as a Database Administrator
- Proven experience with database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL
- Strong knowledge of database design, implementation, and maintenance
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques
- Familiarity with database security best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
