We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Facilities Engineer to join our team in Al Ain, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management within the consumer goods industry and will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of facility maintenance, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and building infrastructure
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal functioning of all equipment and systems
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repair and maintenance work as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage facility budgets and expenses, and provide regular reports to senior management
- Lead a team of facilities staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in facilities management, preferably within the consumer goods industry
- Proven experience in managing facility maintenance projects and budgets
- Strong knowledge of building systems and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
