We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Controller to join our team in Dubai within the Consumer Goods industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with proven experience in managing financial operations and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial activities within the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management for decision-making
- Manage financial audits and ensure timely submission of financial statements
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other department heads to drive operational efficiency and improve financial performance
- Monitor cash flow, profitability, and financial health of the organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA or CFA certification preferred
