We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Implementation Engineer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a background in the Aerospace and Defense industry and possess a strong technical background with experience in implementing complex systems and solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of aerospace and defense systems, including hardware and software integration, testing, and deployment
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion within established timelines and budget constraints
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project team members
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop implementation plans
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
- Document implementation processes and procedures for future reference
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve implementation processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
