We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Implementation Engineer to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of energy projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet all necessary quality standards.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of energy projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, coordinating resources, and monitoring progress.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met.
- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and identify any potential challenges or risks.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and other external partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
- Ensure that all projects comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the energy industry.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of energy systems, renewable energy technologies, and industry best practices.
