We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Instructional Designer to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and design high-quality learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and other resources
- Work closely with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance
- Utilize instructional design best practices to create interactive and engaging learning experiences
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning objectives to determine the most effective instructional approach
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that learning solutions align with business goals and objectives
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
