We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Instructional Designer to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah, working within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences for employees in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, simulations, and instructor-led courses, tailored to the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize instructional design theories, methodologies, and best practices to create high-quality training programs that meet learning objectives.
- Incorporate multimedia elements, such as graphics, animations, and audio, to enhance learning outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
- Stay current on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve training materials and strategies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- [X] years of experience in instructional design, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and learning analytics.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently in a team-oriented environment.
