We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Instructional Designer to join our Information Technology department in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing and developing engaging, interactive, and effective learning experiences for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of innovative and effective learning solutions for various IT training programs.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to analyze training needs and develop learning objectives.
- Design and develop e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, virtual simulations, and other learning resources.
- Utilize instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and multimedia tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Conduct needs assessments, evaluations, and feedback sessions to continuously improve training programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of training programs with organizational goals and objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology-enhanced learning.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
- [Random number] years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or related field.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of learning management systems and instructional technologies.
