We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to join our team in Al Ain within the Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and troubleshooting, with a focus on maintaining and improving the IT infrastructure within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users within the manufacturing facility
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and access points
- Monitor and respond to IT security threats and vulnerabilities
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Collaborate with IT team members and other departments to ensure smooth operation of IT systems
- Document IT processes and procedures for reference and training purposes
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices in IT support

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Familiarity with cloud services, such as AWS or Azure
