We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to join our team in Al Ain within the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level technical support to end users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and telecommunications systems
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect company data and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and systems
- Train and mentor junior IT support staff
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- [5-8] years of experience in IT support roles
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and telecommunications systems
- Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
