We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to join our team in Al Ain. As a Senior IT Support Engineer in the Real Estate industry, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and clients in resolving IT issues and maintaining our network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement IT projects and upgrades
- Develop and implement IT security measures to protect company data and systems
- Train and support end-users on IT systems and tools
- Manage IT inventory and equipment procurement
- Stay current on IT trends and technologies to recommend improvements and optimizations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- [X] years of experience in IT support roles
- Solid knowledge of networking, hardware, and software systems
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) are a plus
