We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Senior Lean Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lean methodology and process improvement, with a focus on implementing Lean principles within educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Lean transformation projects within educational organizations to drive operational excellence and improve overall efficiency
- Develop and implement Lean strategies and initiatives to optimize processes and eliminate waste
- Provide guidance and training to staff at all levels on Lean principles and tools
- Conduct process assessments and identify areas for improvement
- Monitor and track progress of Lean initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement efforts
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the impact of Lean initiatives and identify opportunities for further improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Lean Six Sigma certification is highly preferred
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Lean consulting or process improvement roles
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Lean methodology in educational settings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
