Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Lean Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai, specializing in the Information Technology sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Lean methodologies and a proven track record of driving process improvements and operational excellence in IT environments. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by optimizing workflows, enhancing productivity, and delivering value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of current IT processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies for improvement using Lean principles.

- Implementation of Lean Practices: Lead the implementation of Lean methodologies (such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen) across various IT departments to streamline operations and reduce waste.

- Training and Development: Mentor and train team members on Lean principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

- Project Management: Manage and oversee Lean transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timely delivery, and adherence to budget constraints.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT management, software development, and support staff, to gain buy-in for Lean initiatives and ensure effective execution.

- Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Lean initiatives, providing reports and recommendations to senior management.

- Change Management: Facilitate change management processes to support the adoption of new practices and ensure sustained improvements in efficiency and quality.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Lean and IT service management, applying innovative solutions to enhance the organization’s capabilities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.

- A minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience in Lean consulting, process improvement, or operational excellence within the IT sector.

- Proven experience in leading Lean transformation initiatives and delivering measurable results.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

- Demonstrated project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies being an advantage.

- Proficient in using Lean tools and software to track progress and performance.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
