Responsibilities:
- Represent the company in all legal proceedings related to healthcare litigation, including but not limited to medical malpractice, contract disputes, regulatory compliance, and insurance claims
- Develop and implement strategies to effectively defend the company in litigation matters, while also seeking to resolve cases through negotiation, mediation, or settlement when appropriate
- Conduct legal research and analysis to assess the strength of potential cases and provide legal advice to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with external legal counsel, experts, and witnesses to build a strong defense in litigation matters
- Manage a caseload of complex litigation matters, ensuring deadlines are met and all necessary documentation is prepared and filed in a timely manner
- Stay current on healthcare laws and regulations in the UAE and internationally, and advise the company on potential legal risks and compliance issues
- Provide training and guidance to junior legal staff on litigation best practices and legal strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university; Master's degree preferred
- Admission to practice law in Dubai, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in litigation, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Strong knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations in the UAE, with a proven track record of successfully handling complex litigation matters
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively represent the company in court and in settlement negotiations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide sound legal advice
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
