We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our educational programs and operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and excellence are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of educators and administrative staff
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and initiatives
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the educational experience for students
- Manage budget and resources effectively to achieve financial targets
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior management role within the education sector
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing educational programs and initiatives
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in education
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluency in English, Arabic language skills would be an advantage
