We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Materials Scientist to join our team in Dubai, focusing on agricultural applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading research and development projects related to the development of innovative materials and technologies for the agricultural industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting research to identify and develop new materials for use in agricultural applications
- Designing experiments and trials to test the performance of materials in agricultural settings
- Analyzing data and interpreting results to make recommendations for further development
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of new materials and technologies
- Keeping up to date with the latest advancements in materials science and agriculture to stay at the forefront of innovation
- Mentoring and supporting junior scientists and researchers within the team

Requirements:
- PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry, Agriculture, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in materials science research, preferably with a focus on agriculture
- Strong background in experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team of researchers
- Experience with project management and budgeting
