We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Materials Scientist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, developing, and implementing new materials and technologies to improve the performance and reliability of telecommunications equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify and evaluate new materials for use in telecommunications equipment
- Develop and test new materials and processes to improve the performance and durability of telecommunications equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new materials and technologies into product design
- Analyze and interpret data to make recommendations for material selection and process improvements
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in materials science to drive innovation and competitive advantage
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior materials scientists and engineers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in materials science, with a focus on telecommunications or related industries
- Strong knowledge of materials characterization techniques, such as SEM, TEM, XRD, and spectroscopy
- Experience with materials modeling and simulation software
- Proven track record of developing and implementing new materials and technologies in a commercial setting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
