We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Nursing Officer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Senior Nursing Officer will be responsible for overseeing all nursing operations within the agriculture sector, ensuring the highest level of care for our employees and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of nurses, ensuring they are delivering high-quality care to all employees
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in line with industry standards and best practices
- Conduct regular assessments of nursing staff performance and provide ongoing training and support as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to employee health and wellness
- Manage the nursing budget and resources effectively to ensure optimal patient care
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing programs and services, making recommendations for improvement as needed
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in nursing practices and technologies, implementing changes as necessary

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Registered Nurse license in Dubai
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in nursing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in the agriculture sector is preferred but not required
