We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Senior Nursing Officer to join our team in Dubai within the Consumer Goods industry. As a Senior Nursing Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the nursing staff, as well as providing high-quality care to our consumers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of nurses, ensuring that all nursing activities are carried out effectively and efficiently
- Develop and implement nursing care plans for consumers, ensuring that they are tailored to meet individual needs
- Monitor and assess the quality of nursing care provided, making recommendations for improvement as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to consumer care
- Provide direct patient care when necessary, including administering medications, performing procedures, and providing emotional support
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and training to nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse license in Dubai
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in nursing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of current healthcare trends and best practices
