Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Nursing Officer to join our healthcare team in the energy sector based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care, ensuring the health and safety of employees, and promoting wellness programs within the organization. This position requires a strong clinical background, leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the nursing staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high standards of patient care.
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized care plans for employees based on their specific health needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects.
- Collaborate with physicians, occupational health professionals, and other healthcare providers to implement effective health programs and initiatives.
- Participate in the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures in alignment with industry regulations and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions and modify care plans as necessary to achieve desired health outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Educate employees on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions through workshops and individual counseling.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid and basic life support as needed.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in nursing practices, healthcare technology, and health regulations to ensure the delivery of evidence-based care.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution; a Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is a plus.
- Valid nursing license to practice in the UAE.
- A minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Previous experience in an occupational health or corporate wellness setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety standards, and best practices in nursing care.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and other healthcare-related software.
