Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Policy Advisor to join our team in Sharjah, specializing in Transportation and Logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in policy development and analysis within the transportation industry, with a focus on logistics and supply chain management.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on transportation and logistics policies and regulations in Sharjah
- Develop and implement policy recommendations to improve efficiency and sustainability in the transportation sector
- Collaborate with government agencies, industry stakeholders, and other partners to advocate for policy changes
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of existing policies on transportation and logistics operations
- Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior management on policy matters
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in transportation and logistics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Public Policy, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in policy development and analysis within the transportation industry
- Strong understanding of transportation and logistics operations, regulations, and challenges in Sharjah
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools
