We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Policy Analyst to join our team in Sharjah, focusing on education policy development and analysis. The Senior Policy Analyst will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and making recommendations to improve education policies and practices in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on education policies and practices, both locally and internationally
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in education policy
- Develop policy recommendations based on research findings
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including government officials, educators, and community members, to gather input and feedback on policy proposals
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of education policies to assess their effectiveness
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and developments in education policy and research

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Policy, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- [5-8] years of experience in education policy analysis or related field
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of education systems and policies in the UAE is preferred
