We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Policy Analyst to join our team in Sharjah within the Consumer Goods industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in policy analysis, research, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on current policies and regulations affecting the Consumer Goods industry in Sharjah
- Develop and implement new policies and strategies to address key issues and challenges facing the industry
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, government agencies, and industry associations to gather data and insights
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing policies and recommend improvements as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes that may impact policy decisions
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for senior management and external stakeholders
- Provide expert advice and guidance on policy matters to help inform decision-making processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- [X] years of experience in policy analysis, research, or related field within the Consumer Goods industry
- Strong understanding of government regulations, trade policies, and market dynamics
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful policy initiatives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
