We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PR Manager to join our team in Sharjah, specializing in the healthcare industry. As the Senior PR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication plans to enhance the organization's reputation and promote its services to the public.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR campaigns to increase brand awareness and promote key healthcare services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and key industry stakeholders
- Create compelling press releases, articles, and other PR materials to generate positive media coverage
- Monitor and analyze media coverage, social media trends, and public perception to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels
- Organize and manage press conferences, media events, and other PR activities
- Serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization, handling media inquiries and interviews as needed
- Oversee the PR team and provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in PR, with a focus on healthcare or related industries
- Proven track record of successfully executing PR campaigns and securing positive media coverage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong media relations and networking abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience managing a team and leading PR initiatives
