We are seeking a highly experienced Senior PR Manager to join our dynamic construction company based in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in public relations within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to enhance the company's reputation and brand awareness
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and key industry influencers
- Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to promote company projects and achievements
- Organize and coordinate press events, conferences, and interviews with company executives
- Monitor and analyze media coverage, and prepare reports on PR performance and effectiveness
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding efforts
- Handle crisis communications and manage reputation risks effectively
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify PR opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PR roles within the construction industry
- Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and initiatives
- Strong relationships with media contacts and industry influencers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of digital PR tools and platforms is a plus
- Experience in crisis management and reputation building
