We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, specializing in Healthcare. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering, with a focus on improving efficiency and productivity in healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Lead process engineering projects within healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and research centers
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize patient care, staff productivity, and overall operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Conduct process simulations and analyses to identify potential areas for improvement
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior process engineers and other team members
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards in healthcare processes
- Participate in the design and implementation of new healthcare facilities, including layout and workflow optimization
- Monitor and evaluate process performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for further improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
