We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our customers in the healthcare industry. You will work closely with our engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, as well as provide training and documentation to customers on the proper use of our products.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers in the healthcare industry, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our products
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and address product defects and enhancements
- Develop and deliver training materials and documentation to customers on the use of our products
- Act as a subject matter expert on our products, providing guidance and support to both internal teams and customers
- Participate in product testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the highest level of product performance and reliability

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- [X] years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Experience working in the healthcare industry is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in technical documentation and training materials
