We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Proposal Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture and a proven track record of successfully managing and coordinating proposal development processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of high-quality proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs from government agencies, international organizations, and private sector clients in the agriculture industry
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, and finance to gather necessary information and inputs for proposals
- Develop proposal outlines, schedules, and compliance matrices to ensure timely submission of proposals
- Review and edit proposal content for clarity, coherence, and compliance with client requirements
- Manage proposal production processes, including formatting, printing, and delivery
- Conduct post-submission debriefs to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to continuously improve proposal development processes and tools

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal management, preferably in the agriculture industry
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and proposal development software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
