We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Proposal Manager to join our team in Dubai within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in proposal management, with a proven track record of successfully leading and coordinating the development of complex proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the proposal development process from initiation to submission, ensuring all deadlines are met and the highest quality standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and technical experts, to gather the necessary information and resources for proposal development.
- Develop proposal outlines, schedules, and compliance matrices to guide the proposal development process.
- Write, edit, and review proposal content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with customer requirements.
- Conduct thorough reviews and revisions of proposals to ensure they meet company standards and client expectations.
- Manage the proposal submission process, including coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to gather all required documentation and materials.
- Track and report on proposal metrics, including win rates, proposal volume, and key performance indicators.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with proposal management software and tools is a plus.
