We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Public Relations Specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public relations, with a focus on strategic communication, media relations, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic public relations plans to enhance the company's reputation and promote key initiatives within the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to secure positive media coverage.
- Create compelling press releases, pitches, and other written materials to effectively communicate the company's messages to external stakeholders.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify potential issues and opportunities for proactive communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
- Plan and execute press events, product launches, and industry conferences to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
- Provide guidance and support to junior members of the public relations team, as needed.
- Manage crisis communication situations effectively and in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- [X] years of experience in public relations, preferably within the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for various audiences.
- Proven track record of securing positive media coverage and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and media monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
