We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Public Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and a proven track record in managing successful public relations campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic public relations initiatives to enhance the company's brand and reputation in the retail industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Create compelling press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to generate positive media coverage.
- Organize and coordinate press events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports to track the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure consistency in messaging and brand image.
- Manage crisis communications and handle any negative publicity in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in public relations, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong relationships with media contacts and influencers in Dubai.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PR software/tools.
