We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Quality Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management within the education sector and possess exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish quality objectives and monitor progress towards achieving them
- Provide training and support to staff members on quality management principles and best practices
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure high performance and productivity
- Analyze data and generate reports to track key performance indicators and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay current on industry trends and developments in quality management to continuously enhance the organization's quality processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
- [X] years of experience in quality management in the education sector
- Proven track record of successfully implementing quality management systems and processes
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
- Certification in quality management (e.g. Six Sigma, ISO) is a plus
