We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Quality Manager to join our healthcare organization in Dubai. The Senior Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality management systems to ensure the highest level of patient care and safety within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices in healthcare.
- Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure compliance with quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address deficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality management principles and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics and data to track performance and drive quality improvement efforts.
- Prepare and present reports on quality management activities and outcomes to senior leadership.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, quality management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in quality management within the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare quality standards and regulations.
- Proven experience leading quality improvement initiatives and driving organizational change.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification preferred.
