We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior R to join our Healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research and development within the healthcare industry, with a focus on driving innovation and improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage research projects within the healthcare sector, from concept development to implementation and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research opportunities and develop strategies to address key challenges in the industry
- Conduct literature reviews, data analysis, and interpretation to support research initiatives
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior researchers within the team
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in healthcare research

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare research and development
- Advanced degree in a related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven track record of leading successful research projects
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
