Job Description: Senior Real Estate Agent

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the real estate industry and possess exceptional sales and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of high-end residential and commercial properties in Dubai
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and property values in Dubai
- Collaborate with colleagues and partners to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and listings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai
- Proven track record of successful sales and deal closures
- Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and regulations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- UAE driving license and own transportation
