Key Responsibilities:

- Manage projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in technology to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field; Master's degree preferred

- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
