We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in the pharmaceutical industry and a proven track record of driving sales and exceeding targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and healthcare professionals
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maximize revenue
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services
- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory requirements in the UAE
